Title: Nonequilibrium, thermostats and thermodynamic limit
Abstract: The relation between thermostats of
``isoenergetic'' and ``frictionless'' kind is studied and their
equivalence in the thermodynamic limit is proved in space dimension
$d=1,2$ and, for special geometries, $d=3$.
